Mr. Lehto is a well-known and respected author and attorney specializing in the areas of consumer rights and lemon law issues. Mr. Lehto has appeard on CNN, BBC and in the New York Times, has been the host of Lehto's Law radio show on WFDF-Fint for more than 10 years and is an adjunct professor at University of Detroit Law School.
The firm successfully and favorably resolved a legal malpractice case arising out of the client's former attorney failing to file her "slip and fall" lawsuit prior to the expiration of the State of Limitations. This resolution exceeded $100,000.00 in July 2008 and was less than a month prior to trial.
Berton May has recently agreed to act as an expert witness in a case of legal malpractice. He also recently completed a seminar with the Ohio State Bar Association on ethical issues.
